Legal Assistance—Just a Phone Call Away
Help to Smile (HTS) is establishing a Toll-Free Legal Aid Helpline to provide free, confidential, and easily accessible legal information and guidance to individuals across Pakistan. The helpline will enable people, particularly those from vulnerable and underserved communities, to seek timely legal assistance without the financial or geographical barriers that often limit access to justice.
Staffed by qualified legal professionals and trained volunteers, the helpline will offer preliminary legal advice, information on legal rights, referrals to legal aid services, and guidance on mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) where appropriate.
Programme Objectives
