Promoting Access to Justice Through Alternative Dispute Resolution
Help to Smile (HTS) collaborates with the International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDI) to promote access to justice through effective, affordable, and timely Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. This partnership seeks to strengthen Pakistan’s dispute resolution framework by expanding the use of mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and other consensual dispute resolution processes.
The initiative supports individuals, businesses, communities, and public institutions by providing accessible ADR services while promoting a culture of dialogue, reconciliation, and peaceful conflict resolution. It also focuses on building the capacity of legal professionals, mediators, arbitrators, and community leaders through internationally recognized training and professional development programmes.
